I’m wondering whether you could assist, we’re looking for a Finance Manager on a 12-month contract to start ASAP for one of our key clients based in Hertford.
We need to locate a hands-on Finance profile to join a rapid growth events business that inspires and entertains millions through large scale festivals, exhibitions and conferences.
The candidate can expect a supportive and friendly, high achieving, dynamic and fun culture complimenting their ambitious and realistic growth plans which are well underway more than tripling the number of events they produce in the last 3 years alone!
This position could suit a Finance Manager, ambitious Finance Assistant, Financial Controller, Assistant Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant or Management Accountant.
In this role the candidate will be:
– Producing weekly, monthly and annual management and financial accounting reports and forecasts for 3 event portfolios.
– Incorporating review and analysis of variances to forecast and budget, and reporting to management on areas that require attention and need for addressing to improve the future overall performance of the business.
– Responsible for all accounting and transactions.
Essential: AAT qualified or part qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) experience will be considered.
Knowledge of XERO would be highly advantageous!
